Evaluation Workshop

Spark is a tool for collective reflection and internal evaluation. Over the past 5 years it has helped many organisations to have structured, yet difficult conversations on Equity, Diversity and Inclusion and to measure their institutional knowledge and practices regarding social justice. Spark is not just a self-evaluation tool: it is a means to committing to and implementing change! SPARK will take you through Diversci's five transversal pillars: Access, Content, Partners, Staff and Strategy. You will self-evaluate your institutional level of awareness and practice then plan your road map for change using the STOP/START/CONTINUE exercice.

Objectives

  • Awareness raising
  • Self evaluation
  • Discussion & Confrontation
  • Roadmap for Changes

A good reflection tool to get your team thinking on the topic of inclusion!

SPARK is a half-day workshop for which you will need a minimum of 2 hours. This activity is designed for small group discussions (we recommend a maximum of 25 participants). If you are a large organisation gather your first 20 people strategically, as this will create enthusiasm and help you influence other team members!
